- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased. If a customer does not receive their ticket, they should contact customer care for assistance.
- If you didn't receive a ticket, contact customer support or raise an issue for the ticket.
- QR ticket validity is until the end of the business day.

To cancel your QR ticket, you must initiate the cancellation
through the app within 1 hour of the ticket's issuance.
Note - This feature is intended for Buyer Apps only that too in the case of technical failures.
- Tickets cannot be booked outside of booking hours.
- For Single Journey and Group QR Ticket, one QR can be used for one entry and exit only.
